What do I get for R800 a month?
A professional website we build and run for you, plus the Sitebase platform: a unified inbox for every enquiry, lead capture and pipeline, a calendar for bookings, quotes and invoices with online payment, and automatic review requests. There is a once-off setup fee, quoted on your call.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. We handle the technical side, including DNS, SSL and email setup, but the domain belongs to you.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go live within a couple of weeks of your call, depending on how quickly we get your content, photos and sign-off. We build it, you review it, we publish it.
Do you build online stores?
We build simple stores for small catalogues, up to around 15 products, with online payment through Paystack. If you need a large ecommerce operation, book a call and we will scope it as a custom project.
What does the AI actually answer?
The AI assistant answers common enquiries: your services, prices, availability and booking questions. It drafts replies from your own business information, and anything it is not sure about gets handed to you. On the Pro plan the AI receptionist also answers your phone and sends you a transcript.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Every client runs isolated on enterprise infrastructure, encrypted in transit, with automatic SSL and daily backups on EU hosting. Your customer data is handled with POPIA in mind and it is never shared between clients.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes. We rebuild your existing site on Sitebase, keep your domain and set up redirects so you do not lose your Google rankings. Bring your current content and we handle the move.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your data is yours: we export your contacts, quotes, invoices and messages for you, and your domain goes with you because it was always registered in your name.

Yes. Beyond the platform we build custom systems: booking engines, client portals, internal tools and integrations, on the same stack we run ourselves. Custom projects are quoted per project after a discovery call.
